1. Shipping Options

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Faster options like 2-day or 3-day delivery for an additional cost. Contact us after placing your order if you require this option.
  • Next-Day Shipping: Available to select locations for urgent orders. Contact us after placing your order if you require this option.

Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees depend on the order's weight and size. The cost will be shown during checkout, and any available promotions will be applied automatically.

Flat fee shipping costs are as follows:

Large Items Over 10.0kg $60.00 
Medium Items 2.1kg - 9.9kg $20.00 
Small Items Up to 2.0kg $12.00 


3. Free Shipping

We may offer free shipping on orders over a certain value or during special promotions. Eligibility for free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout.

4. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

5. Shipping Locations

We currently only ship to New Zealand addresses.

6. Delivery Issues

We work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely deliveries, but there are occasions where unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. If your order is delayed due to weather, carrier issues, or incorrect shipping information, we’ll assist you in tracking it. 

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost: If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us within 7 days.
  • Damaged: Report damaged items within 48 hours of receiving them with photos for a replacement or refund.
